This is a great healthy dessert alternative without the guilt. Most people turn their noses up with they hear avocado and chocolate mentioned together but you will be shocked at how good this tastes! I served this and asked my friends to guess the secret ingredient.. noone guessed avocado!..not that I would advise you to trick your guests but it is nice to know we can enjoy the indulgent food we love without being unhealthy.
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut milk
honey or agave cyrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1. Purée the avocado
2. Add cocoa powder, milk, honey and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mousse to individual bowls and set in fridge.
