Green smoothie bowl



3 bananas

1 avocado

Handful Spinach

2 juiced apples (or pure apple juice)


Handful of Granola

Handful of chia seeds

1. Blend 2 bananas, avocado, spinach, apple juice and ice. Transfer to a bowl

2. Add which ever toppings you like – granola, seeds, fruit, honey, nut butter etc. I used granola, chia seeds, a sliced banana and honey.

  1. Yummy! I’m going to try this one. I was recently amazed to find out that avocados have around of 14 grams of fiber (depending on size, of course). I need add some more avocado recipes to my repertoire (that don’t involve tortilla chips…)
